Terms of Service

Quoted on the call, before dispatch, with the $89 service call already in it. That number is charged at the end. Change the job while the technician is with you and the addition is quoted first and started only when you accept it.

Ranges on the site are typical figures, not offers. Evening arrivals carry +$45, overnight arrivals +$75; both are inside the total quoted to you.

Before any lockout is opened the technician checks the customer's right to be there — ID with the address, a lease, a registration, or the owner on the phone. Where it cannot be verified, the job stops.

Picking and manipulation are used wherever they work. Drilling requires your explicit approval and an agreed price for the replacement hardware.

90 days on our labour from the date of the visit; the maker's warranty on the hardware. Excluded: misuse, a later forced entry, and anything a third party has altered since.

Due on completion, by card or contactless, with an itemised invoice by email. Once a technician has arrived, cancelling carries the fee quoted at booking.

To the extent the law permits, liability for any claim arising from a job is capped at what was paid for it; anything the law forbids capping is not capped.
